About the Opportunity:The Program Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of system projects aligned with strategic objectives. This role focuses on effective resource management, risk mitigation, and fostering strong customer relationships to uphold the organization’s standards of program management excellence.3. Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate system projects to ensure timely delivery• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align goals• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks• Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes• Support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard hours• Travel up to 50% as required4. Requirements:• Experience leading system projects with responsibility for schedules, resources, and budgets• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations• Skills in risk assessment and mitigation• Capability to deliver regular performance reporting• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed5.
