A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Navarre, FL, serving an elementary school setting. The role is a contract position for the current school year (CSY), supporting a diverse caseload and providing comprehensive speech and language services in a well-structured environment.Responsibilities include:Delivering speech and language therapy services to approximately 60-65 students across general education and self-contained special education classroomsManaging direct therapy sessions with elementary-aged students focusing on a range of speech and language needsAllocating scheduled time for completing paperwork, documentation, and IEP-related tasksCollaborating with district-level specialists including SLI Staffing Specialists and an AAC specialist to support student progressParticipating in professional development and training opportunities as offered by district specialistsPreferred qualifications and experience:Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or equivalent)Pediatric experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 studentsRecent graduates or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to applyAbility to work independently and maintain accurate documentationCommitment to supporting diverse learners, including those in self-contained special education classroomsThis position provides a supportive infrastructure with dedicated district personnel to assist with clinical and administrative needs, creating an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and new clinicians seeking growth in pediatric school-based therapy.
