THE OPPORTUNITY This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a globally recognized hospitality brand at its New York flagship. The GM will lead the venue across all revenue centers — dining, nightlife, events, and our Club — reporting directly to the CEO with significant autonomy and accountability. This role is well-suited for a senior operator who is as comfortable reading a P&L as they are managing a room at midnight. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Revenue & P&L Performance Full P&L responsibility across a $15M–$20M+ annual operation Drive performance across all three revenue centers: restaurant/dining, nightlife, and events Manage NOI and labor cost targets in partnership with the CEO and finance Identify revenue opportunities, control cost leakage, and proactively manage COGS, labor, and direct operating expenses Partner closely with the Events Sales Director to support pipeline growth and conversion of high-value bookings Operational Leadership Lead the full management team: 4 Direct Reports Oversee daily operations across all dayparts: dinner service, late-night programming, and events Maintain rigorous operational standards for service, presentation, and guest experience across all concepts Manage venue-wide scheduling, staffing, and labor planning in alignment with volume and budget Lead pre-shift communication and ensure alignment across FOH and BOH teams Guest Experience Set and enforce the standard for hospitality across all touchpoints — from first reservation to last call Monitor and respond to guest feedback across all key platforms Handle escalated guest situations with composure, speed, and sound judgment Drive guest satisfaction scores and translate guest feedback into actionable operational improvements Nightlife & Programming Partner with the leadership teams to ensure the late-night program delivers against revenue and NOI targets Understand the rhythm, culture, and economics of nightlife — ambiance, talent, guest flow, and spend patterns Support the development of programming, activations, and brand partnerships that elevate the company identity Team Development Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent at every level of the organization Conduct regular performance conversations and formal reviews for all direct reports Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and genuine hospitality Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance Reporting & Administration Deliver weekly financial and operational reporting directly to the CEO Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships in coordination with department heads Ensure compliance with all applicable NYC health, safety, and labor regulations Participate actively in senior leadership planning and strategy Manage relationships with key partners, VIPs, and the broader Seaport community WHO YOU ARE 6- 7 + years of senior GM or multi-concept operations leadership in high-volume, full-service NYC hospitality — ideally at venues operating at $15M+ annually Proven P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and improve margins Deep experience across restaurant, nightlife, and/or events; multi-concept experience strongly preferred A natural operator who is equally comfortable on the floor at midnight and in a financial review at 9am Proven people leader — your teams stay, grow, and perform Strong communicator with high EQ: you inspire loyalty in your team and confidence in ownership Calm under pressure, decisive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Genuine passion for food, beverage, culture, and experiential hospitality More detail about Measured HR part of Measured HR, please visit
