Network Infrastructure Engineer

As an experienced Service Delivery Lead in SD-WAN and networking technology, you will join our world-class engineering team working on next-generation networking technologies. You will collaborate with a multi-functional team to design and build a next-generation SD-WAN ecosystem with cloud-based management, monitoring, and analytics. Your role involves executing technical tasks that impact customers, clients, and internal and external partners. Your expertise in analyzing complex network design requirements, capturing customer intent, anticipating problems, and mitigating risks will be key to successfully designing and delivering high-performance network products and features. By applying your knowledge of business drivers, you will influence change and develop innovative products and exceptional user and customer experiences. You will partner closely with engineering teams to align network design with desired outcomes.Qualifications:BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5+ years of hands-on SD-WAN and network service delivery engineering experienceAdvanced knowledge in SD-WAN, Networking & Routing, Network Automation, Network VirtualizationExperience in applying Network Management concepts for highly available and reliable network servicesIndustry experience as a Service Delivery Lead in SD-WAN and networking (see capabilities below)Lead SD-WAN integration into customer infrastructure based on design architectureDrive operational & deployment runbook creation, acting as Tier 3/Tier 4 engineerDevelop and deliver software, configuration files, and test plans based on detailed design documents; conduct functional testing and resolve errorsDocument error and risk assessments, code changes, and support deployment into productionCollaborate with project managers for deployment planning and coordinate during deploymentProvide leadership in analyzing customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and system integration expertiseAdditional scope includes:Network assessment, pre-migration planning, migration execution, post-validation, handover to operations, and post-migration supportAdvanced knowledge in SD-WAN, Networking & Routing, Network Automation, Network VirtualizationExperience with network automation, cloud technologies, and toolsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to articulate technical designs clearly to stakeholdersResponsibilities:Participate in architecture, evaluation, and standardization of emerging network technologiesCollaborate with teams and business units to set technological directionLead development of technical design solutionsAnalyze and decompose requirements for complex systemsPartner with business and architecture teams for SD-WAN requirementsProvide progress updates and develop project plans within constraintsJ-18808-Ljbffr
