Controller - Full-Time or Part-Time
Seeking a Part-Time Controller to lead financial management for nonprofit clients across Arizona and New Mexico. This role involves transforming financial departments, preparing management and Board reports, improving accounting processes, managing transactions, budgeting, grant reporting, and overseeing audits. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks and electronic billing systems. Experience in nonprofit or public accounting is a plus, with CPA certification and bilingual skills advantageous.
