Manufacturing Supervisor

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Richmond, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing production planning, scheduling, inventory coordination, and operational efficiency while ensuring customer demands and production targets are met.The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience and advanced knowledge of EPICOR ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and communicate production schedules using EPICORCoordinate production activities to meet customer demand and inventory goalsMonitor daily production progress and adjust schedules as neededManage production workflow, materials, and equipment availabilityOversee job management within the EPICOR ERP systemCoordinate truck shipments and inventory receiptsProof jobs and manage inventory consumptionIdentify and resolve production disruptions and productivity issuesMonitor production costs and support budget goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencySupport continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practicesManage and support blender operations within production processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of EPICOR experience requiredExperience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supervisionStrong background in manufacturing operationsExpertise with EPICOR ERP systemsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologiesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentPreferred SkillsInventory management experienceSupply chain coordination knowledgeProduction cost control and reporting experienceContinuous improvement mindset
