This flexible, on-call role offers the opportunity to contribute your pharmacy expertise in a supportive, mission-driven health system. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to promote patient wellness and disease prevention.Key ResponsibilitiesDispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patientsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careReview and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriatenessMaintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactionsProvide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related productsWhat You Will NeedPharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacyPharmacist license to practice in the state of WisconsinCurrent Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red CrossWhat We OfferCompetitive wage range of $59.73 - $89.59 per hour, based on experience20% pay differential in lieu of benefits for casual employeesSupportive departmental leadership and collaborative work environmentOur culture & valuesAt Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
