IT Technical Implementation Manager
Overview
In this role you provide leadership for technology deployment and program management across accounts, ensuring effective system utilization and data-driven reporting. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business goals and improve operational efficiency. You oversee a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with client executives. You drive strategic reporting and transition planning for new engagements, contributing to scalable, reliable program delivery. ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for technology deployment and system support across programs and accountsIdentify opportunities to leverage the technology platform for operational efficienciesPartner with account stakeholders to expand program servicesManage and lead a team of business and data analysts to deliver excellent client serviceServe as primary technology contact with Managing Directors and Account ManagersCollaborate with clients and project stakeholders to implement business process improvementsUnderstand account success criteria and develop plans to meet themDevelop project plans and oversee transition for new engagementsEstablish project standards to ensure consistent implementations across regionsLead strategic reporting initiatives and provide program status updates
Key requirements4-year college degree in a business-related field (Master's a plus)10+ years of IT-related project experience5+ years of personnel and multi-project managementBroad understanding of managing projects with multiple success criteriaExperience with electronic data exchange in the utility industry (preferred)Exceptional verbal and written communicationAbility to build positive working relationshipsProven leadership and problem-solving abilitiesStrong business acumen and understanding of technology and financial implicationsexcellent communicationcustomer focusrelationship-buildingdetail-orientedleadershipelectronic data exchange (utility industry)
