The right candidate is deeply experienced with newborns and operates with quiet confidence, precision, and ease.We are looking for someone who is steady, composed, and fully comfortable in their expertise. No nervous energy, no overhandling, no chaos. Just consistent, expert care delivered in a calm and controlled manner.Core Responsibilities:Newborn Care & Overnight SupportProvide attentive, expert overnight careManage all wake-ups, feedings, and soothingSupport and establish healthy sleep routines and circadian rhythmMonitor feeding, sleep patterns, and overall well-beingMaintain a calm, quiet, and predictable overnight environmentTeam Coordination & HandoffExecute seamless shift handoffs with the Daytime NannyProvide clear verbal and written updates on feeding, sleep, and overall statusMaintain a shared communication log for consistency across caregiversCollaborate closely with household staff to ensure aligned routines and care approachRequirements:7+ years of newborn care experience, including private householdsCertified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) strongly preferredExtensive experience with sleep training and infant sleep conditioningStrong knowledge of infant feeding and sterilization protocolsCPR and Infant First Aid certified (current)Experience in fully staffed or estate-level homes preferredFully vaccinated (required)Travel-ready with valid passportCompensation & BenefitsDOEGuaranteed hours (36–48 per week)Overtime available
