Solar Technician

About Us: We are a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy industry, seeking a skilled Solar Technician to assist with the removal and replacement of solar panel systems. This is a full-time position working closely with a licensed electrician to deliver high-quality, efficient service. Responsibilities: Assist with the physical removal and reinstallation of solar panels. Secure mounting systems, panels, and hardware to ensure proper installation. Work collaboratively with the licensed electrician on all tasks. Inspect panels and report any damage or issues during removal. Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all OSHA safety guidelines. Qualifications: Experience in solar panel systems, construction, or roofing. Familiarity with basic electrical components (training provided as needed). Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience).
