Senior Sales Development Representative

About The RoleCargas is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive inbound pipeline creation and lead acceleration for our Enterprise Solutions team. You will engage with leads generated through Business Development and inbound channels, conduct structured qualification conversations, and convert high-quality opportunities into scheduled discovery meetings for our sales consultants. You’ll apply strong discovery skills and business acumen to align prospects with the right solutions across our Enterprise portfolio, including Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Acumatica.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads with urgency and professionalism, meeting all SLA expectationsConduct qualification conversations with inbound and outbound-generated leads to assess fit, BANT, and product alignmentConvert qualified leads into scheduled discovery meetings aligned to the appropriate product and sales consultantPartner with Business Development to ensure smooth lead handoffs, including context, expectations, and next stepsMaintain accurate documentation of activities, lead status, and qualification details in HubSpotProvide feedback to Marketing and Business Development on campaigns, lead quality, and qualification criteriaEvaluate and adopt tools that improve speed-to-lead and conversion ratesMeet or exceed performance metrics including discovery meetings booked by product, SLA adherence, and conversion ratesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience8+ years in B2B software/ERP/CRM or technology consulting sales/business developmentStrong discovery and qualification to match prospects to the right solutionProven success converting leads into qualified meetingsExcellent written and verbal communication, especially in live conversationsAbility to clearly explain complex solutionsHighly organized and effective in a fast-paced environmentSelf-directed and disciplined with metricsProficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft OfficeAdditional Experience We ValueExperience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Business Central, Acumatica, HubSpot, or similarWho We AreCargas is an employee-owned software and consulting company where people do meaningful work and share in the success they help create.
