You will also receive cross-training in pharmacy infusion processes such as prior authorization, order filling, and data entry to support the pharmacy operations.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer phone calls effectively and professionally.Cross-train in pharmacy infusion processes including prior authorization, order filling, and data entry.Assist with order entry, filling, and labeling of prescriptions.Provide excellent customer service support.Manage insurance-related tasks and queries.Support pharmacy operations as needed.Essential SkillsRegistered Pharmacy Technician in FL.Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.Strong customer service skills.Experience with prior authorization processes.High school diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred.Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.Desire to work in sales/business development preferred.Work EnvironmentThis position is located onsite in a closed-door pharmacy in Delray Beach, FL. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The pharmacy offers a strong family-oriented culture with opportunities for permanent positions and six paid holidays.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boynton Beach, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
