Ourmission is to create prosperous communities where immigrants are welcomed, embraced, and empowered.Position Summary:We seek a compassionate Community Navigator to support immigrant families in building stable, independent futures. This role combines case management, advocacy, and volunteer coordination to expand our impact.Key Responsibilities:Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized client plans.Connect immigrants to housing, healthcare, employment, and legal aid.Organize and lead volunteers to provide direct support during critical times.Advocate for immigrant rights and empower clients with knowledge and resources.Build partnerships with local organizations and mobilize volunteers for advocacy.Track client progress and document outcomes.Qualifications:Experience in case management, community organizing, or volunteer coordination OR lived immigrant experience.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong communication, organizational, and cross-cultural skills.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Impactful Work: Directly improve the lives of immigrant families.Supportive Team: Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Professional Growth: Opportunities for training and career development.Flexible Environment: A workplace that values balance and adaptability.
