About The OpportunityElectroswitch is seeking a Vice President of Operational Excellence to lead and scale enterprise-wide operational strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity responsible for building and driving a best-in-class operational framework that supports aggressive company growth, improves efficiency, and expands margins. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with experience transforming operations in a growing manufacturing environment.The VP of Operational Excellence will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to implement scalable systems, improve performance, and create sustainable continuous improvement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business growth objectivesBuild scalable systems and governance structures to support expansion while improving operational performanceEstablish KPI frameworks and performance management systems across multiple locationsPartner with executive leadership on capacity planning, risk mitigation, and capital investmentsContinuous Improvement & Lean InitiativesLead Lean Manufacturing implementation across operations and support functionsDrive waste reduction, improved workflow, and lead-time compression initiativesImplement structured problem-solving and root cause methodologiesDevelop and sustain continuous improvement programs including Kaizen initiativesValue Engineering / Cost ReductionLead Value Analysis / Value Engineering initiatives to improve cost structure and product performancePartner with Engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Cost effortsDrive measurable cost savings across materials, labor, and operational processesCollaborate with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performanceManufacturing & Supply Chain PerformanceImprove throughput, production efficiency, and on-time deliveryOptimize planning, scheduling, and inventory strategiesIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecksSupport supplier performance improvements and forecasting alignmentLeadershipBuild and develop a high-performing Operational Excellence organizationCoach and mentor leaders across functionsFoster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
