Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Attorney with working knowledge of litigation. Copyright and trademark law is a must. Creation, revision, and filing of patent documents and managing all aspects of pending patents is required. Candidate should be able to investigate patent infringements and prepare required materials and pursue legal recourse. Retired attorney's are also welcome.
