We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations for a contract position based onsite in DeQuincy, Louisiana. This role is well suited to a detail-oriented candidate with 3-5 years of HR experience who can manage employee documentation, coordinate hiring support activities, and help maintain accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to compliance standards, and the ability to work effectively in a Monday-Friday onsite environment.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Responsibilities:• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing employment paperwork and tracking pre-employment requirements.• Support background screening processes and follow up on required documentation to help keep hiring timelines on schedule.• Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS, ensuring records remain accurate, complete, and current.• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and responding to routine employee inquiries.• Help monitor HR compliance practices by organizing records and supporting adherence to internal policies and applicable employment requirements.• Partner with hiring and internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout employee intake and administrative processes.• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or HR coordination roles.• Practical knowledge of onboarding processes and new employee documentation.• Experience handling background checks and related pre-employment activities.• Familiarity with HR administration, including employee records management and routine support tasks.• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate data.• Understanding of HR compliance standards and confidential information handling. xaygatp • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Louisiana.
