Order Fulfillment AssociatePosition Summary: The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order specifications Prepare and label packages for shipping Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects Use warehouse equipment such as RF scanners or handheld devices Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety policies and procedures Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals * Overtime may be required during peak periods
