Executive & Business Operations Assistant
Czarniecki Construction, Inc. is a leading installer and supplier specializing in supplying and installing cabinets, doors/hardware, specialties, signage, window shades, and material on commercial/industrial projects. With over 30 years in business, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient installation services and maintaining exceptional quality control.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive & Business Operations Assistant to support our Owner and Business Development Manager. This role is designed for a resourceful professional who can manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate special projects, and eventually serve as the primary face of our office as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Owner and Business Development Manager by managing email correspondences and phone calls.
Assist with the workflow of business development projects, ensuring timely follow-ups on contracts and maintaining project-related documentation.
Lead the organization of office parties, team-building activities, and company get-togethers to foster a positive company culture.
Manage the procurement and inventory of all office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless daily operations.
As the company expands, this role will lead front-desk responsibilities, greeting guests and routing inquiries professionally.
Assist with preparing presentations, tracking business development leads, and coordinating complex schedules and travel arrangements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or office management role is preferred.
Proficiency with Excel and office software; experience with CRM or project management tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to act as a professional representative of the leadership team.
Master of time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
A self-starter who can plan events and solve logistical challenges with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies or event materials).
