The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. In this role you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of pyramids and business units across the enterprise, ensuring current visibility into top risks and supporting leaders in actively identifying, assessing and monitoring those risks. This role serves as a key connector between business leaders and enterprise risk leadership, bringing structure, consistency and insight into how risks are identified, understood and managed within ongoing business.As Enterprise Risk Portfolio Lead, You WillOwn a portfolio of assigned pyramids and business units, maintaining a current view of top risks, trends, and emerging issues specific to those business areasTrack and report on key risks within the portfolio, including status, mitigation progress, and emerging concernsProvide clear, concise updates to enterprise risk leadership to support portfolio-level aggregation and decision-makingLead risk identification and assessment workshops with business and functional leaders to surface key operational, regulatory, financial, and strategic risksEnsure alignment to enterprise risk methodologies, scoring, and documentation standardsServe as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing perspective, challenge, and clarity on risk-related topicsSupport leaders in strengthening risk ownership and accountability within their teamsEmbed risk discussions into existing business processes and routines, such as staff meetings and quarterly business reviewsIdentify cross-cutting risks that may impact multiple business units or require enterprise attentionEnsure business units are prepared with relevant risk information and context during high-impact scenarios or crisis activationAny other duties as assignedCore responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needsAbout YouBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of relevant experience in risk management or related fieldsExperience facilitating workshops and/or structured business discussions on risk managementAbility to develop effective and collaborative relationships with senior business leaders to instill confidence and influence outcomes across business functionsDetail oriented, with a strong ability to translate business concepts into discrete risksAnalytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to influence decisions and distill complex issues into actionable plansAbility to adapt, prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks or projects in response to changing or competing prioritiesEstablished acumen with genAI tools and prompting for ongoing exploration as part of new ways of workingThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
