Contract to hire opportunity (initial term 6 months)100% remote, but open to traveling in SSF once a month, approximately.This is a growth opportunity, as our client looks to add a Sr Manager, HRIS into a well established team. With the Workday system recently launching, this role focuses on optimization and continuous improvement to our evolving needs. You will collaborate across HR, Finance, and IT to align our technology solutions with organizational goals. We’re looking for someone who has successfully led this type of work and thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments.You will report directly to the Associate Director, People Operations & Systems.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to analyze, develop, configure, and optimize Workday HCM processes and present scalable solutions that support the evolving business needs of our fast-growing organization. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple Workday functional areas.Turn business requirements into technical requirements and proposed Workday solutions while treating every challenge as an opportunity for improvement and efficiency.Evaluate and drive deployment of feature releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday, ensuring HR and business requirements are met.Lead associated deployment activities, inclusive of regression testing, downstream impact analysis, and assurance of overall system performance/stability.Serve as a consultative partner to HR and cross-functional teams, collaborating with business partner SMEs to design and implement processes, and to develop training materials for managers, employees, and business partner teams on the effective use of the Workday Core HCM module.Support the Change Review Board process on requests to update configuration impacting business processes, workflow, security, and data.Provide support to Workday end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and problem areas.Stay aware of changes in HR technology and make recommendations for enhancements.Required Skills, Experience and EducationBachelor’s degree and 4-6+ years of experience in Workday HRIS administration. Strong configuration knowledge of Core Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation, Benefits, and Security Groups.Additional Workday functional area experience in advanced Workday modules (i.e., Advanced Compensation, Workday Studio, etc.) is highly desirable.Preferred SkillsWorkday HCM and Security Certified with solid experience in a lead role. Additional Workday certifications are a plus.Advanced Compensation (Annual Merit, Equity & Bonus cycles) experience is a plus.Experience improving and identifying issues in processes, models, suggesting user focused improvements, and navigating/influencing cross-functional teams to drive these changes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
