Full-Time CNC Operator/Set Up and Full Time CNC Programmer/Operator

Advance Design & Systems specializes in creating prototype fixturing, tooling, and automated equipment for the medical and industrial production industries. Our clean, air-conditioned shop is fast paced and custom work provides daily variety. We are looking to hire skilled, self-driven person who enjoys working with little supervision. We are currently hiring a Full-Time CNC Operator/Set Up and Full Time CNC Programmer/Operator to work in our Pine City Location. Responsibilities include: · Set up and run CNC mills with Fanuc Controls · Read Set up sheets and prints to determine set up and operating requirements. · Mount material in machine, manually or using overhead crane · Select tooling in sequence specified per set up · Review control panel and compare to prints to verify any deviations prior to machining · Verify completed parts are made to print · Programmer Role: Must have experience with MasterCAM · Must be able to multi task, and operate other machines during machine run time · Ability to work as team player We are a small company under 50 employees.
