The ideal candidate is amotivated and dynamic physicianwho is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while growing within a collaborative and established group.Practice HighlightsWork Setting:Multi-specialty practice with on-campusJoint Commission-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)with multiple Endoscopy rooms.Schedule:Combination of clinic, procedures, and hospital coverage.Call Schedule:1:4 rotation.Case Mix:Bread-and-butter or advanced GI procedures.Environment:Supportive, collegial team with access to the latest endoscopic technologies.Candidate RequirementsBoard Eligible / Board Certified in Gastroenterology RequiredFellowship-trained Gastroenterologists(both new fellows and active practitioners welcome)Strong communication and patient relationship skillsEligible for Texas medical licenseCompensation & BenefitsGenerous base salarywith excellent earning potentialPartnership track within 1 yearwith ownership opportunity in the ASCComprehensive benefits package , including:
