Bilingual Cable Assembly TechnicianSurestaff is immediately hiring a Bilingual Cable Assembly Technician for a client in Addison, TX. The Cable Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling cables to exact specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with provided guidelines.Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18 an hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shift Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pmResponsibilities of the Bilingual Cable Assembly Technician:Prepare wires by stripping insulation, cutting, and handling conductors with precisionAssemble cables by twisting wire strands and applying heat shrink and shielding according to specificationsPerform crimping and termination of wires to connectors and terminals following assembly instructionsConduct testing using multimeters to verify continuity and functionalityInspect completed products to ensure they meet all quality standards and specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequired Qualifications of the Bilingual Cable Assembly Technician:Previous cable assembly or similar manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and follow detailed instructions and specificationsExperience using hand tools and basic testing equipment (multimeter)Strong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work efficiently in a team environmentAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
