Come be a part of our growing team.Key Responsibilities:LogisticsCoordinate transportation and logistics for DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL inbound and outbound shipmentsSchedule customer orders and work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teamsCommunicate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical needsMonitor inventory and assist with order tracking and delivery timelinesEnsure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policiesAdministrativeGenerate and process customer invoices in coordination with the finance and sales teamsAnswer and route incoming phone calls and provide professional customer serviceManage emails, and administrative correspondenceMonitor office supplies and place orders as neededMonitor and update daily and weekly internal calendarsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration, invoicing, logistics, or transportation coordinationStrong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/CRM systems (Zoho or Rubicon ERP experience a plus)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Skills:Experience in a distribution or telecom-related environmentFamiliarity with freight carriers, LTL/FTL shipments, and drop-ship processes Working knowledge of international import and export complianceBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth in a dynamic industry
