If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!What We Offer:Competitive payMedical, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance — coverage begins 90 days after your hire date401k plan availablePaid Time Off (PTO) to relax and recharge at 6 months5 Paid HolidaysClosed evenings and Sundays — enjoy a better lifeWhat You'll Do:Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver's license.1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Phone skillsComputer skillsComfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.Ability to work days, Sat, some holidays.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 25 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and some reaching.Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment; Equal Opportunity Employer.
