Human Resources Administrator

Vantem|Clio is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Administrator to join our team at our Clio, South Carolina manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting employees, coordinating HR processes, and helping create a positive workplace culture.As the Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations at the plant level, including onboarding, employee records management, support, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee inquiries.Support payroll processing and timekeeping administration.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.Assist with recruiting activities, scheduling interviews, and job postings.Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and systems.Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives.Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and record retention requirements. QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.2+ years of HR administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and payroll processes.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
