What we're looking for: 1-2 years experience working with CNC routers, or other relevant experience (preferred but not required)Tech savviness and basic computer knowledgeExperience with hand and power tools Experience with shop drawings and building to specificationAbility to problem solve and troubleshoot independentlyGood organizational and time management skills, mechanical ability, and clean working habitsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and fast-moving atmosphereEagerness to learn new machining strategies and building techniquesManual and physical dexterity; physical demands can include heavy lifting (50 lbs.+)The perks! Problem solving in-the-moment and overcoming obstacles. Meeting deadlines and producing highly accurate signage and custom displays. Collaborating and working closely with our installation, design, and project management teams as well as our clients.
