The Role
We need someone to help our advisor succeed by connecting with clients, managing schedules, and keeping our social media active. This is a full-time virtual position, about 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Work with Clients
Call and email clients to schedule meetings
Manage the advisor's Outlook calendar
Make sure appointments run smoothly and on time
Handle Social Media
Create and post updates on social media
Keep our online presence active and engaging
Help connect with current and future clients

40 hours per week/ $16.78 – $23.54 per hour, based on experience
