The Resident Assistant's role is to assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, always fostering residents' independence and freedom of choice.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.Previous experience working in long term care/ assisted living community preferred.Previous experience working with dementia residents.Ready to Apply?
