HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Engineering Program Manager to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Engineering Program ManagerJob ID: 144065Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Sunnyvale CA / OnsiteRole/ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the project team throughout the project lifecycle.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Implement agile methodology to drive project execution and delivery.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.Manage project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and objectives.As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop end-to-end integrated plan, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, ability to influence and negotiate, analytical skills and leadership are essential for success in this role. The individual must demonstrate technical leadership to:• Drive execution of projects• Lead cross functional meetings• Lead milestone reviews• Present project status to the executive team).. Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience with 4-6 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceKnowledge in Robotics, AI/ML SW development is a plusGood track record of working effectively across different groups in the organizationHands-on experience with Program management tools like Jira for managing bugs and resolution.
