Quality Assurance Chemist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: Line Clearance In-process checks Review batch records Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Prepare process validation reports Prepare annual product quality review reports Review equipment qualification protocol and reports Conduct SOP trainings Review analytical reports Control sample review Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related disciplines. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 2 years quality assurance and quality systems experience and manufacturing. • Minimum 5 years of GMP industry experience working with chemical processes, analytical chemistry such as: HPLC, AAS, etc., and microbial testing is preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC. • Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies. • Automated and performance testing experience. • Experience with designing and developing test cases based upon system specifications documentation • QA testing on web-based applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Quality assurance: 2 years (Preferred) SDLC: 2 years (Preferred) GMP Industry: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
