General Superintendent / General Foreman

Overview We are a fast-growing San Francisco general contractor seeking a hands-on General Superintendent / General Foreman to lead residential single family construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities - Run day-to-day operations on residential single family job sites - Lead, schedule, and manage crews and subcontractors - Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule - Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure work is built to spec - Enforce job site safety and quality standards - Communicate project status and flag issues to ownership promptly Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on residential single family construction experience - Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors in the field - Strong knowledge of all phases of home construction (framing, rough trades, finishes) - Ability to read blueprints and manage project schedules - Experience procuring materials and managing job site budgets - Valid driver's license; reliable transportation required Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Work Location: In person
