The role includes managing complex cases, advising clients, leading teams, and mentoring junior attorneys.Qualifications:Law Firm Experience onlyTennessee Bar admissionMinimum 6+ years employer-side labor & employment litigation experience (Law Firm Experience only)Proven track record in complex litigation and client advisory rolesStrong research, writing, advocacy, and leadership skills
