E-Logic is seeking Emergency Services Technicians to provide rapid-response support for critical communications and cabling infrastructure incidents across the Port Authority of New York. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, emergency response readiness, and the ability to meet strict onsite response timelines. The contract requires onsite emergency response within four (4) hours.ResponsibilitiesRespond to emergency infrastructure incidents and outagesTroubleshoot fiber optic, copper, RF, and low-voltage communications systemsPerform emergency repairs, restorations, and testingCoordinate with project leadership and facility personnelMaintain emergency response documentation and incident reportsSupport scheduled maintenance and preventive activitiesEnsure all work complies with safety and testing standardsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or emergency technical supportStrong troubleshooting and repair experienceAbility to work flexible schedules, including emergency calloutsExperience with fiber optic testing and certification equipmentAbility to work independently in high-pressure environmentsRequired CertificationsOSHA 10-Hour CertificationManufacturer certifications in testing/splicing equipment preferredBICSI Certification preferredImportant NoticeThis role is part of a proposal for the Port Authority of New York.
