CNC Setup Operator

CNC Setup Operator PUSKAR PRECISION is a well-established machined parts manufacturer supplying the Defense and Aerospace industry with precision machined parts. Multiple positions for experienced CNC machinists to setup, optimize, and run machines ranging from turning to 5 axis milling, including turning with live tooling. Individual must possess skills to efficiently machine challenging close tolerance parts from various aircraft materials. Materials include Titanium, Hardened PH Stainless, and High Strength Aluminums. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong knowledge in the latest tools and techniques. Job Requirements: Two years' experience setting up CNC Lathes and/or Mills Experience cutting various materials and complex parts Proficient with GD&T Have a professional and positive attitude as well as a passion for continuous improvement. Have strong knowledge of basic high precision inspection equipment required, including Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, plug gauges.
