As a key player in our growth, you’ll manage relationships with veterinary practices across the [territory], helping expand our impact.This is a remote role, and candidates should be located in or able to work within the US Pacific Time Zone.On target earnings: $112,000-$132,000 ($60,000-$80,000 base + $52,000 variable bonus)What You’ll Do:Manage and grow a portfolio of 300+ veterinary accounts in Mixlab’s Pacific North West territoryExceed sales goals through strategic territory management, prospecting, and relationship buildingOwn the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding to account managementEngage with potential clients (veterinary hospitals, clinics, and animal care facilities) through outbound calls, emails, and meetingsConduct needs analyses and present Mixlab’s personalized compounding solutions through in-person and virtual meetingsLead web-based demonstrations of Mixlab’s proprietary software for new customersMaintain expert knowledge of Mixlab’s offerings and effectively communicate our value propositionStay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to veterinary compoundingCollaborate on sales and marketing materials while identifying opportunities for product expansionMaintain accurate customer data in CRM tools and track opportunitiesRepresent Mixlab at trade shows and industry events, qualifying new leadsWho You Are:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant Sales/Marketing role. Experience in the veterinary industry is a plusExperience demonstrating success in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to activation to account managementProficient in Google Suite products and other common business applicationsExperience managing a pipeline within CRM software tools; experience with HubSpot is a plusExcellent communication skills, including email outreach, cold calling, and meeting facilitationA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentHighly results-driven with the grit and determination to exceed goalsExceptionally organized, with the ability to multitask and manage prioritiesCustomer-focused with a positive, professional attitudeLove animals and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals, their owners, and veterinary health professionals.
