This person will exude confidence, maintain a positive outlook, and demonstrate a servant-leader mindset.This is a hands-on, let's figure this out kind of job. As a residential installer, you will install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in a variety of new and existing homes. Main duties include installing equipment, running ductwork, trouble shooting installations and maintaining customer relations. You will work with residential clients to identify and prioritize their specific situations/needs and communicate information back to the team.A minimum of 2 years of residential install experience is required.You are:able to arrive on timepositive with your attitude and maintain strong customer service skillsexcellent with verbal communication skillsgreat at organizing tasksresourceful and not afraid to learnproficient with prioritizing tasks and solve problems like a ninjapassionate about your quality of workYou will:ensure jobs are completed to established quality standardsorganize yourself to maximize job efficiencyensure all plumbing work adheres to local codes and regulationsdiagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential settingsfollow safety procedureswrite detailed notes of work performed at various job sitescontinue your education in the trade and be a good teammatehave a clean driving recordWe will:pay you what you are worth.
