Senior Laboratory Technician

ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain analytical instruments (GC-MS, HPLC, NMR, Karl Fischer, etc.)Perform and report analytical testing on pilot plant samplesFollow established methods and work instructions for product testingPrepare and validate laboratory standards and reagentsReview data and enter results into electronic systemsPartner with pilot plant teams to interpret results and support process improvementsPerform routine maintenance and coordinate equipment repairsSupport daily lab operations including inventory, ordering, and organizationEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science2+ years of experience in QC or a manufacturing/lab environmentHands-on experience with analytical instrumentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
