Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented. Must be a self-motivated team player who is attentive to detail, effective in both oral and written communication, and demonstrates strong technical skills. The ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy is essential, especially when assisting with urgent or critical patient care. Computer and telephone skills are required.
Applicants must either be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) OR have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant in a clinical setting. Experience working with emergency or critical patients is highly valued.

Comfortable assisting with urgent, emergency, and critical patient cases when needed
Excellent customer service skills and strong client and team communication
Ability to safely lift 30 pounds independently and up to 60 pounds with assistance
Primary Duties:
Assist veterinarians with examinations, medical treatments, surgeries, and emergency procedures
Assist with stabilization and monitoring of urgent or critical patients when needed
Dental cleaning and charting
Accurately obtain and report vital signs and medical history
Data/medical record entry and invoicing using veterinary software
Client education and product demonstrations
Anesthetic induction and monitoring
Digital radiography
Blood draws and IV catheter placement
Administer injections, oral medications, or other treatments as directed
Prepare and test laboratory samples
Maintain a high standard of hospital safety, cleanliness, and organization
Experience:
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) OR
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant in a veterinary clinic or hospital
Emergency or critical patient care experience preferred, but not required.
License:
