Here, your leadership makes a real difference!Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth initiatives. This role will focus on expanding our School-Based Services (SBS) footprint by building relationships with K–12 school districts and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in education, healthcare, or SaaS sales and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage prospective K–12 school districts and decision-makersGenerate and qualify new business opportunities for SBS servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with district leaders and partnersSupport the full sales cycle, from outreach through handoff to closing teamsCollaborate with internal teams including clinical, operations, and leadershipMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systemsStay informed on industry trends within ABA, special education, and school-based servicesQualifications2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account managementProven experience selling into K–12 school districts strongly preferredBackground in ABA, healthcare, education, EdTech, or SaaS is a plusStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExperience managing complex or enterprise-level accounts is a plusPreferred ExperienceExperience with organizations such as Stepping Stones, Amergis, or similarExisting relationships within school districts or special education departmentsFamiliarity with school procurement processes and contractsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission structureOpportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organizationMission-driven, collaborative team environmentWhy Join Applied ABC?At Applied ABC, you'll be part of a team that is making a real impact.
