The Associate Account Manager will work with the team to manage the daily activities between our major retail partner and the cross-functional teams across USA Legwear and Basic Resources. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks that are operational, strategic, analytical, and relationship oriented.Responsibilities:Lead Item Set-up Process between Retailers, Sales and Operations/ReplenishmentFacilitate Sample Requests – ordering, tracking, communicating to retailers (Buyer Samples, Target Mktg Samples, PDP Samples)Own weekly reporting, insights & analysis of the brand, along with insights that drive actionable business resultsAnalyze results from new items, promotions or special eventsCross-Team Collaboration working closely with production, operations, digital, design and planning to ensure seamless execution of retailer requirementVendor Performance – Measurement + troubleshootingKey Liaison with Retailer Studio - Measurements, Submissions, Mock-ups to support POG-buildMaintain accurate and up-to-date product assortment documentationLead digital asset management, including PDP image and content uploadsMaintain and track digital scorecards to ensure strong online executionThis role requires a high level of adaptability as responsibilities may evolve based on changing business needs and priorities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Multiple years working at and/or with retailersDetail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skillsConfidence working with retailers; communicating effectively at all levelsExperience with retail systemsAnalytical decision makingAdvanced ability with Excel, PowerPoint
