Software Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Golang engineer to take ownership of a legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS/DC) application currently supporting critical warehouse operations. The system is built in Golang and is currently dependent on offshore engineering support. This role will be based onsite in Las Vegas and will act as the primary technical owner for production support and issue resolution.Responsibilities:Support and maintain a Golang-based WMS application in productionProvide onsite support to warehouse/operations teams in Las VegasTroubleshoot and resolve application, API, and production issuesAnalyze logs, system behavior, and data flows for root cause analysisCoordinate with remote engineers for escalations and fixesEnsure system stability and uptime for business-critical operationsRequirements:Strong experience with Golang in production systemsHands-on troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience supporting backend or enterprise applicationsAbility to work closely with operations/business teamsStrong ownership of production systems and incidentsNice to Have:Experience with WMS or logistics systemsFamiliarity with databases and cloud environmentsPrior production support or SRE-style experience
