We are hiring experienced leaders and project professionals who are ready to help deliver high-quality commercial MEP projects from project start-up through completion.Duties/ResponsibilitiesWe are actively hiring:Project ManagersSenior Project ManagersAssistant Project ManagersProject Engineers Duties/Responsibilities Cont.Essential Functions:Depending on your role and level, responsibilities may include:Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionManaging subcontractors, vendors, and project resourcesTracking project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittalsCoordinating field operations with superintendents and trade teamsMaintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completionManaging client relationships and internal communicationLeading teams and driving successful project deliveryEnsuring quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout all project phases QualificationsQualified candidates should have:Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial MEP construction, or project managementStrong understanding of commercial construction processes, schedules, budgets, and contractsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency with construction management and scheduling software preferredLeadership experience preferred for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager rolesValid driver's licenseCompetenciesInterpersonal SkillsCustomer ServiceDecision Making/JudgmentProject ManagementDelivering High Quality WorkTravelSome periodic travel will be required.Supervisory ResponsibilitySome roles can supervise employees.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
