As a comprehensive IT partner, it combines hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services to address complex technology needs and deliver tailored solutions for its clients.About the Opportunity:The Technical Project Manager leads mid- to large-sized IT projects from initiation through delivery. This role is responsible for project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, task management, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure projects meet established timelines and budgets. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while supporting the Program Management Office through accurate reporting, documentation, and executive communications.Responsibilities:• Lead mid- to large-sized IT projects through all phases, from planning and initiation to delivery and closeout.• Manage assigned project workstreams and coordinate activities across participating teams.• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track deliverables through completion.• Identify resource requirements and communicate staffing or capacity needs.• Coordinate cross-functional project activities across technical and business teams.• Present project status, risks, milestones, and performance updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.• Proactively identify issues, communicate impacts, and recommend practical solutions.• Produce project management reports in accordance with PMO policies and standards.• Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and records in SharePoint.• Ensure project information remains current, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.• Support audit and compliance documentation requirements.• Assist with maintaining and updating PMO policies, procedures, and project management standards.• Monitor project progress, schedules, dependencies, and performance to support successful delivery.• Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:• Strong technical project management experience overseeing mid- to large-scale IT projects.• Proven experience organizing, planning, and executing projects involving internal teams, contractors, and external vendors.• Ability to document project activities, anticipate issues, develop schedules, and monitor performance.• Experience managing projects across multiple IT disciplines, including B2B eCommerce, ERP, CRM, SaaS, integrations, data centers, networking, and cloud infrastructure.• Experience managing globally distributed and cross-functional teams.• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Atlassian Jira.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools.• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.• Strong business analysis and change management skills.• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels and departments.• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project visibility and accountability.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual salary range: $108,500–$140,950 USD.• Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
