Established 25+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Paralegal for Class Action Litigation in Beverly Hills, CA
An established plaintiff-side firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Paralegal with 3-5+ years of experience supporting class action litigation to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA on a hybrid basis with three days onsite per week. This role includes guiding and mentoring a legal assistant, making it a strong fit for someone ready to take on a leadership component within a busy litigation practice.

Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
3-5+ years of paralegal experience in class action or complex civil litigation
Familiarity with California state and federal court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines
Paralegal certificate or equivalent qualifying experience under CA Business and Professions Code
Experience managing large document productions and discovery in complex cases
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to guide and delegate work to a legal assistant
Proficiency with case management and e-filing systems
Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of class action litigation, from case intake through settlement administration
Prepare, organize, and manage discovery, document productions, and case files
Draft and file pleadings, subpoenas, and court documents in state and federal courts
Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars
Guide and oversee the work of a legal assistant, providing training and workflow direction
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
