Achieve and exceed territory sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Conduct in-person, consultative sales presentations with healthcare professionals
Build strong relationships across hospital departments (Orthopedics, Trauma, Neurosurgery, ER, etc.) and private clinics
Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
Partner with internal teams and external distribution channels to maximize results
Use data and reporting tools to identify opportunities and optimize performance
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
Manage territory expenses and reporting with a high level of accountability✅What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)
3+ years of successful field sales experience (medical device preferred)
Experience in orthopedics, O&P, or physical therapy is a strong plus
Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers and close business
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
