We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.RH is seeking a Gallery Host to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.Your ResponsibilitiesLive Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayRepresent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalismEnthusiastically engage RH clients as they enter the Gallery, eagerly delivering world-class serviceAnswer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate to further the customer experienceProvide friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in the following areas: greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service and valet validationAssist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliantAssist with onsite and offsite events as neededProvide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership teamOur Requirements2+ years of related experienceWillingness to learn new and exciting thingsEnergetic, accountable and team orientedReliable, dependable and responsibleAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitudeWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysOur Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of timeAbout UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
