This role involves facilitating facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. The supervisor will also create training materials and provide coaching to staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.What Your Day May Look LikeProvide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed. Act to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training. Confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.Update and develop training curriculum. Develop training scheduled in conjunction with management. Additional experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.
