The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to execute marketing strategies while identifying opportunities to expand brand visibility and sales performance.This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to make a direct impact in a fast-growing and innovative business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growthManage and grow company social media channels including content planning, publishing, and audience engagementPlan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta platformsImplement and manage tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and ROICollaborate with product development and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused marketing contentIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channelsBuild and maintain strong customer and client relationships to support satisfaction and retentionAnalyze marketing and sales performance data to inform business decisions and improve campaign effectivenessPartner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, campaigns, and customer initiativesSupport brand consistency across digital, promotional, and customer-facing channelsStay informed on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement opportunities Qualifications Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldEquivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered Experience Proven experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaignsExperience with Meta advertising platforms strongly preferredDemonstrated success in marketing, sales, or digital marketing rolesExperience in customer relationship management and client-facing environmentsExperience working within gaming, enthusiast, retail, or consumer-focused brands preferred Skills & Competencies Strong copywriting and content creation abilitiesCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and promotionsData-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferredInterest or experience within gaming, retro gaming, or tabletop communities preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectivelySelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Leadership & Collaboration While this position does not initially include direct supervisory responsibilities, the Marketing & Sales Manager may provide guidance to marketing or sales support staff and will work closely with product development, design, operations, and leadership teams.
