The church is located in the vibrant city of Menlo Park, CA, providing a hub for fellowship and outreach.Role DescriptionTrinity Church is growing, and we’re seeking an entrepreneurial, creative Social Media Manager who thrives on building from the ground up. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead Trinity’s social media presence across platforms—creating compelling content, growing engagement, and helping tell the story of our vibrant church community. This hybrid position combines work-from-home flexibility with onsite work at the church to capture authentic moments, create content, and support occasional key events. You’ll use design software, AI tools, and social platforms to build thoughtful campaigns that deepen connection, expand reach, and invite new people into the life of Trinity. Working closely with the Rector, staff, and talented volunteers, you’ll help shape Trinity’s digital voice and presence during an exciting season of renewal and growth. Primary tasks include creating and curating engaging content, managing the church’s social media accounts, optimizing posts for increased engagement, analyzing audience metrics, and staying updated on digital marketing trends to support outreach and community-building efforts.
